We are delighted to announce the appointment of Gerald Meux as the new Chairman of the Tripoli Records Committee. As a previous committee chair, Gerald has made remarkable contributions to the development of competition rules, procedures, and categories for high-power launches. He is an essential member of the TRA community, and we are thrilled to have him back in this position.
We want to take this opportunity to give special recognition to James Dougherty for his years of dedicated service in shaping the committee into what it is today. James has played a pivotal role in developing the committee's processes, and we owe him our gratitude.
Under Gerald's leadership, the TRA Records Committee will maintain records for every event in each category. All members are welcome to participate in these competitions at Tripoli launches or attempt to set a record individually when no competition event is scheduled.
We are thrilled to have Gerald back as the Committee Chairman and look forward to the fantastic work he will do in the future. We encourage all members to participate in these exciting competitions and make a name for themselves in the TRA Hall of Fame.
