2020 Board of Directors Election Results Report

This year we had six candidates vying for three open director seats. Burl Finkelstein and David Wilkins chose to complete their service as directors at the conclusion of their terms, and Gary Rosenfield opted to run again. The complete list of this year’s candidates, and the results of the election are shown below.
We had 4,641 eligible voters this year this year, 473 more than 2019. However, 787 cast ballots, resulting in a participation rate of 16.96%. The ballot was open roughly a week longer this year in order to support the virtual annual meeting.
As detailed below, Gary Rosenfield, Bob Brown, and Neal Baker were elected to serve three-year terms on the Tripoli board of directors. Thanks also to Art Applewhite, Mark Burton, and Christopher Nilsen for volunteering to serve.
